The contract is ruled by the following provisions and by the Legislative Decree n. 111 of 17/03/1995, by the Directive 90/314 CEE, by the International Conventions on the subject and, particularly, by the Convention of Bruxelles of 20/04/1970, made executory wih law 29/12/1977 n. 1084.
The price includes transport (where indicated) by air-conditioned motorcoaches, local guide, entrance fees, meals as specified, boat transportation where indicated, services of a tour leader for excursions, and VAT.
Drinks during meals (except where indicated), personal extras and other expences not mentioned previously are not included in the cost of the tour.
Change of booking: For operational reasons or matters beyond its control the travel agent can modify or substitute alternative services for the same type or quality within 7 days.
7 days before clients arrival: free of charge
5 days before clients arrival: 50% penalty
48 hours and no-show:100% penalty
CANCELLATION POLICY – OTHER CASES
Rome Tour srls assumes no responsibility and are not liable in any way for any lack of service or access problems deriving from strikes or absence of personnel at any Italian State Museum and Vatican Museums. Furthermore relevant authorities may occasionally offer special promotions, free entrance periods and the like, should such offers coincide with any bookings made through this site then we regret that we are not able to obtain a refund on your behalf, neither is Rome Tour srls are obliged to offer any refund. The client will be supplied with audio-receiver by Rome Tour srls with earphones (where indicated) in order to benefit of a clear communication (explanations/instructions without noises due to crowded places). In case of damage or loss a € 50,00 penalty will be charged.

0Requests must be made within 30 days of the tour and must include ticket receipt for tour/s purchased. NO request will be considered without your ticket and proof of purchase.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON UNUSED PORTIONS OF A TOUR OR UNUSED ADMISSIONS.
